Named after Jesús Sastre's mother, Marcelina, who only drinks rosado, this is a rosé for red wine drinkers, bled off as a sangrado from fermenting tanks of Tinto Fino. Showing the concentration and intensity of its old-vine sources, it has redcurrant, raspberry and pink grapefruit flavours and a nip of savoury tannin. 2023-26
