Avaliação dos peritos
"The eponymous 2015 4 Kilos is pure Callet from 60-year-old, head-pruned vines fermented in stainless steel and 2,500-liter oak vats and aged in 600-liter Allier barrels for 12 months, as they are trying to reduce even further the effect of the wood in their wines. They keep the barrels very clean, but they are at least three years old. This is cropped from vines on red soils, rich in iron, harvested in the second half of September. It was a little closed, serious, with subtle aromas of iron and beef blood, herbs and wild berries. The palate is medium-bodied, and the texture is soft and velvety, with very fine tannins, a great balance and a remarkable length. It finishes very tasty and long. 16,000 bottles and 300 magnums were produced."

Zumo de frutas sin estructura. Limpio. Corto en paladar. Persistencia baja. Buen equilibrio; eso sí. Pero los 97pk.. son un despropósito.

Más que fantástico, ( ver nota 2020 y 2018)
Maduixa, lleuger, fresc, bona acidesa.
