The 2016 3 Miradas El Garrotal is pure Pedro Ximénez from the El Garrotal plot within the Riofrío Alto zone. The wine fermented in concrete amphorae with indigenous yeasts and was aged under flor in those amphorae for eight months. This is quite saline, very tasty. A different minerality. 700 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2017. -Luis Gutiérrez.
