Can Axartell Terrum 2019

The pale red 2019 Terrum is delicate, floral and perfumed, with good but contained ripeness at 13.5% alcohol, mellow acidity and fine tannins. It's a little oaky and creamy for my taste, probably because of the 12 months in 2,500-liter oak foudre. Let's see when the foudres are older... It's a big improvement over the previous vintage I tasted. 3,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2020.
