It has a healthy straw color and a striking, potent bouquet with Manuka honey dallying with shaved almond, vanilla pod and subtle notes of smoked walnut. It is a very seductive bouquet that is quasi-Sauternes in style. The palate is intriguing! Imagine a light sparkling sherry with lychee, walnut, smoke, dried honey and a twist of sour lemon – each working in harmony with the other.
