So good, they named it twice! This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon that is just starting to show some attractive evolution. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak and spends a further 18 months in barrel which reveals some fresh, balsamic aromas. Strong varietal character of red pepper and spice, this is a very elegant, Atlantic style of Cabernet with a long aging potential. 2024 - 2028
