Los Perejiles is the name of the parcel as well as the wine, situated at 915 metres in Tubilla del Lago on very chalky soils. Matured in new 500-litre French oak, but not dominated by it, this new release is a complex, refreshing, slightly herbal expression of Tinto Fino and 5% Albillo Mayor with red cherry and pomegranate fruit, savoury tannins and racy, mineraletched acidity. Wonderfully fresh and long.
