Los Peros Albillo Real 2021

The 2021 Los Peros Albillo is a lieu-dit, or paraje, white from the zone that gives it its name, within the larger zone of Andrinoso of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, where they have 80-year-old vines on granite soils at 850 meters in altitude and the highest part of the village is on pink granite soils. It fermented in a 1,000-liter oak foudre, where it matured with lees but without bâtonnage for eight months. It's not explosive; it's subtle, and the palate has a strong influence from the soils, with marked chalkiness and a stony sensation coupled with the electric feeling from the granite. It has 14% alcohol and a pH of 3.51. 1,200 bottles were filled in September 2022.
