Oak spice, wet leave and pear aromatics. Great texture on the palate; fresh and zippy too with a long and citrusy finish.

The talented Katia Álvarez likes to use grapes with more sun exposure to make this rich, intense, lees-aged Albariño from the Salnés Valley. Partial bâtonnage adds extra texture to the palate here, balancing the raciness of the acidity. Dry, creamy and very mineral with plenty of underlying structure and a citrus, lime and wet stone finish. 2023-27
