"The 2012 Albillo Criollo is sourced from two different plots of vineyards at 1,000 and 1,200 meters above sea level. It’s produced like the Listan, with the natural yeast in stainless steel and aged in contact with its lees for seven months, and as they explain “very much left on its own, without any intervention.” It shows a golden color with a subtle, elegant nose. While the Listan talks clearly, this one whispers to you. The palate is very intense, with again a strong saline component, more structured, ending with a note of (salted?) orange rind. This is a white of strong personality. Drink it now-2016".

El descaro de los canarios, la tipicidad de ese clima privilegiado durante todo el año, un vino realmente distinto. Merece mucho la pena.
