"I tasted the 2015 and 2016 bottlings side by side, and the 2015 P.F has a riper profile with more aromas of black olives in a classical Bobal way that reminds me of a wine from Northern Rhône. Even if the year is riper, they have been harvesting earlier, and this 2015 is only 13.5% alcohol. Of course, PF stands for "pie franco," as it's produced with grapes from ancient ungrafted Bobal vines on deep granite soils, and as in all old vineyards, there's is a myriad of plants from other varieties. It's juicy and revealed very polished fine-grained tannins and aromas and flavors that mixed wild berries with Mediterranean balsamic herbs and an earthy touch. Like most of the reds, it fermented with full clusters and indigenous yeasts in 4,500-liter oak vats and matured in neutral, well-seasoned 600-liter French oak barrels. 9,000 bottles were filled in July 2016."

Excelente bobal de Manchuela!!! Elegante y suave que mejora con la aireacion y deja destellos de profundidad y equilibrio en boca!!!
Altas expectativas, y no termino de convencer. No obstante es un buen vino.
Demasiado ácido
