The Wine Advocate:

2019 was a healthy, warm and dry year, and the red 2019 Predicador, produced with 90% Tempranillo, 4% Garnacha, 3% Mazuelo and 3% Graciano, is ripe, heady and powerful, with 15.06% alcohol and a pH of 3.67. The wine has ripe black fruit and abundant tannins, with quite a lot of oak after spending 18 months in new and used barriques. It needs time and/or powerful food. 80,000 bottles produced.

James Suckling:

Aromas of plums, mulberries, dried herbs, peppercorns and cloves. Full-bodied with firm, creamy tannins. Concentrated and chewy. Walnuts and chocolate on the finish. Drink or hold.

Tempranillo based with 10% Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano, this is a bold, full-flavoured red from 16 different parcels in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida. Fig and black olive flavours are supported by ripe tannins, notes of wild herbs and stylish, spicy oak. 2022-26
