Benjamín Romeo makes this stylish cuvée with grapes from ten different parcels in Labastida and San Vicente de la Sonsierra, combining equal parts Malvasía Blanca and Viura with 24% Garnacha Blanca. Aromas of white flowers segue into a balanced palate with pear and citrus fruit and a dusting of vanilla spice. 2022-25.

The 2020 Predicador Blanco comes from a cooler year and was produced with a blend of 38% Viura, 38% Malvasía and 24% Garnacha Blanca that fermented in barrel where the wine matured for 10 months. The wine feels fresh and balanced, with more of everything compared to the 2019 I tasted next to it. It's floral and fresh and has nice volume and texture with rich flavors and a long, dry finish. 8,000 bottles produced.- Luis Gutiérrez.
