The Wine Advocate:

Mendoza is gradually diminishing the skin contact in the 2022 Pureza, only 30 hours this year. It was produced with Moscatel from old vines planted in 1943 and matured in tinaja for six months. Whites don't go through malolactic fermentation, to keep the freshness. It matured under a veil of flor yeasts for a few months. It has a perfumed nose with notes of dried roses, talcum powder and orange blossom, subtle and elegant, and it has a medium-bodied palate and a dry, chalky finish. This is 100% Mediterranean, 0% tropical. 9,000 bottles were filled in March 2023.
