The aromatic profile of the 2020 ROC is quite different from the one of the 2021 that I tasted next to it. The two years were very different; 2020 was a year of concentration, ripeness and fruit, of darker and riper sensations and more tannins, or perhaps more rustic tannins. This is a more powerful vintage that is going to need a little more time and/or powerful food. 4,708 bottles produced.
