The Wine Advocate:
The 2016 Soverribas is named after the vineyard where the grapes are grown in the zone of Padrenda (Meaño). The soils have some clay, and the vineyard tends to produce very balanced wines that evolve nicely in bottle. This 2016 has citrus freshness and a salty finish that makes it very attractive, almost savory. This is super tasty and really impressive. A serious Albariño with crazy parameters, low alcohol and high acidity and low pH. I'm not surprised this wine ages superbly in bottle. 2,607 bottles and 30 magnums produced. It was bottled in August 2017.
