"There is a VORS (aged over 20 years) in the most popular brand, the NV Canasta 20, a Cream with 125 grams of sugar and 20% alcohol. This is a serious old Cream, a selection of an Oloroso from the 1980s and an old Cream aged together since then, so it's really nicely integrated. It has aromas of incense and cigar ash, still keeping the character of the Oloroso with the sweetness coming through. It has a nice balance between acidity and sugar, with some astringency compensating the sweetness. There is a dry sensation on the finish even though it's a sweet wine."
