Avaliação dos peritos

Tim Atkin:

Carlos Sánchez makes this partnership of Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha from vines in Labastida and San Vicente, fermenting the result with 50% whole bunches. Graceful, scented and ethereal, with chalky freshness, pomegranate and wild strawberry fruit and a touch of oak sweetness. 2023-28

The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Bienlarmè Lágrimas Bellas is a wine from Labastida, mostly Tempranillo with some 5% Garnacha from two vineyards from 1982. The destemmed but uncrushed grapes fermented in open-top vats with indigenous yeasts and a maceration of three weeks. It matured in barrels of different sizes and ages for 13 months. It's 13.5% alcohol and has a pH of 3.7. It's a village wine, representing different soils, and it's the only wine that was fully destemmed, making it juicy and accessible, with a good expression of the fruit in the sandy soils that deliver wines with elegance. 2,100 bottles were filled in January 2022.
