Volumes are small at just 3,500 bottles, but this mature, refreshingly light-bodied white blend is well worth tracking down. Partnering Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca, it was fermented in one-third new French and Eastern European oak, pairing aromas of incense and cinnamon spice with flavours of acacia honey, lanolin and citrus zest. 2024-30.
