Goya XL Manzanilla Reposada en Rama 50 cl

"The Goya XL Manzanilla en Rama Reposada produced from Palomino grapes grown on albariza soils, is a 10-year-old , unfined and unfiltered Manzanilla . The sea breeze, saline, nutty nose could feel delicate if you compare it to other extended-aged Sherries, more flowers and green almonds, but its subtleness in the nose gets transformed in a power horse in the mouth. It has a very wide palate, extremely powerful, intense and long with penetrating flavors. 3,000 half-liter bottles produced." 

En Rama Sherry has gained something of a cult following, but just because it has been bottled with little or no treatment it doesn't necessarily make it a great wine. This, however, has plenty of power with a chewy, textured palate. Manzanilla is all about tempting the appetite and this XL certainly does that.
