The 2021 Las Violetas was produced with Garnacha grapes from three small vineyards in the zone of Cebreros known as Valverde. The vineyards are located at 950 meters in altitude, where the soils are shallow and have a sandy texture from the decomposed granite. The grapes fermented with 25% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, and the wine matured in a 20,000-liter oak vat for 14 months. It's floral, elegant, fresh and perfumed, a constant here (hence the name of violets). These vineyards suffered from the fires in 2022, as they're surrounded by pine trees. Las Violetas is medium-bodied and balanced, with good ripeness and the austere texture and granularity from the granite. Delicious. 6,500 bottles were filled in December 2022.

Flojo , no engancha , no dice nada
Vino suave pero elegante, con matices, aunque me esperaba más estructura.
Esperaba mas, mucho mas.
