Avaliação dos peritos

Decanter:

Nice walnut, sunflower roasted seeds, hazelnuts and cashew with salted caramel aromas and hints of aged flor. Lovely freshness, with a textured mouthfeel and lengthy finish.

The Wine Advocate:

I tasted a recent bottling of the NV Manzanilla Pasada en Rama Pastora, bottled in 2022 (clearly written on the back label) and in the context of the younger Manzanillas they are releasing, with complexity, depth and age. It has some varnish and nutty aromas, taking it toward a Manzanilla Pasada in terms of complexity and depth. This is a great wine, with an average age of nine years. There are 10,000 bottles released per year, and every year is now specified on the back label.
