The Wine Advocate:

"The third vintage of their very pale Rosé, the 2015 Naranjas Azules Garnacha is produced without contact with skins, and therefore something in between a red and a white wine. It's produced with grapes from a four-hectare of trellised vines planted in 1994 at 780 meters altitude on sandy and limestone soils, fermented at low temperature after a direct pressing of the bunches. This has more character of a white wine, in search of freshness, even in a slightly warmer year like 2015. I tasted it 'late' in the season, as locally it's consumed as soon as it's released, but with some time in bottle it develops more of a white wine character. Even the color seems to be getting paler with time. It's quite floral and aromatic, with a medium-bodied palate, quite elegant and balanced, with a slightly bitter finish. This is ideal for light food. 30,000 bottles were filled in February 2016."
