Avaliação dos especialistas

Tim Atkin:

Bakeder is a so-called village wine from Laguardia that's made to express what María Larrea calls the "precision" of Rioja Alavesa grapes. Curated in 10% new French oak, it's floral, dense and firm, with top notes of lavender and Asian spices and a palate of blackberry and damson fruit. Will reward patience. 2027-35.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2022 Bakeder is a village red from Laguardia produced in search of a profound, long and fine wine, and it has 13.55% alcohol and good freshness and acidity. It fermented in stainless steel followed by malolactic in concrete and 10 months in French oak barrels. It has pungent notes of licorice with the violet and graphite from Laguardia and elegant tannins from the fruit; it is modern and clean, with length and purity of black berry fruit. It is quite balanced and elegant. 32,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2023. (Luis Gutiérrez)
