Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate:

The 2014 Grand-Corbin-Despagne was impressive from barrel and that continues to be the case now that this Saint Emilion is in bottle. The bouquet is quite sensual with layers of ripe redcurrant and raspberry fruit, well-integrated oak and just a hint of black truffle and smoke emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, well-judged acidity, harmonious and focused with bright black cherries and raspberry coulis on the vibrant and persistent finish. Bravo—this is an excellent Grand-Corbin Despagne (but I told you that back in April 2015).

James Sukling:

I like the aromas of bark, dark fruit and green tobacco. Medium to full body, beautiful core of fruit with silky tannins and a flavorful finish. Yet remains subtle and savory. Some mineral undertones.
