The 2016 Pouilly-Fuissé is even more powerful, exhibiting notes of honeyed peaches and spring flowers, followed by a full-bodied, deep and textural palate with chewy concentration and extract, considerable amplitude and a long, honeyed finish. - William Kelley.
From vines in the lee of the dramatic rock of Solutré, this wine has great minerality as well as crisp, clean impressive fruit. It is textured, still a little tight but also full of great citrus, crisp apple and apricot flavors. Drink this refreshing and structured wine from late 2018. - Roger Voss.
A adega borgonhesa foi fundada em 1980 por Michel Paquet e a sua mulher Jocelyn. Em 2015, os seus três filhos, Camille, Mathieu e Jean-Baptiste, assumiram o controlo do projeto. Tudo fica em casa.
