"The 2016 Carro is pure Moscatel de Alejandría from the Parque Natural de la Mata, from the 0.8-hectare Carro vineyard on sand and fossil dunes. The juice from foot-trodden grapes fermented with partial malolactic in used 500-liter oak barrels where it matured for 12 months. It has moderate alcohol and high acidity. It's surprising how earthy and balsamic it is, with medicinal notes, pungent aromas and flavors. There is no oak either, and even the varietal character is quite shy. The wine is all about the soil. The palate is very tasty, where you can foresee some of the fruit. A very unusual Moscatel. 6,000 bottles were filled in October 2017."

Entiendo que el vino no había estado bien conservado ya que los aromas y el sabor estaban lejos de un vino aceptable.
