Feudi di San Gregorio Dubl Brut

The back label says this sparkling wine is from the 2015 vintage. The NV Metodo Classico Brut Dubl (made with Greco grapes and aged on the lees for 24 months) has a piquant and sharp quality of beading that goes straight to the nose. The wine is tonic and fresh with just enough fizz and crackle to keep the palate excited and refreshed. There is citrus zest, pear and Golden Delicious apple with a touch of baked bread that adds volume and richness. Some 15,000 bottles were made.
