The name of this wine gives you an idea of what to expect, and indeed there's all the firm, chalky structure that makes Pouilly-Fumé such a popular style. And yet this also displays a warmth and fleshiness, with tangy and juicy citrus aromas and flavours. Almost full and ripe, before finishing with a mineral tightness. Drinking window 2022-2025.
