The Wine Advocate:
Fermented and aged in a new Stockinger 3,000-liter foudre, the 2019 Ventoux Persia Blanc is toasty and honeyed, but with tight, herbal notes of freshness from the wood. Pineapple, pear, melon and citrus elements come together on the medium-bodied palate, finishing tight and long, with attractive lemon-lime notes. -Joe Czerwinski.
