The Wine Advocate:

The 2015 Quinta Couselo Selección is their bottling with extended aging and also their Rosal blend of Albariño grapes with 5% each Caíño Blanco and Loureiro that come from their oldest vines (35 years) on schist and slate soils. This fermented in stainless steel and was kept in contact with the lees for 40 months. The nose is nuanced, with leesy/smoky aromas, herbs and spices. Time has polished the palate and integrated the acidity, and the mouthfeel is soft and harmonious. 6,594 bottles were filled in February 2019.

Tim Atkin:

José Manuel Juste might not make this wine every year – there was no 2012 – but when he does, it's one of the best whites in O Rosal. Combining Albariño with 5% each of Caíño Blanco and Loureira, it's a rich, dense cuvée, with lots of extract and concentration, beeswax, honey, citrus and greengage flavours and a stony, bone-dry finish. 2022-29
