The Wine Advocate:

The red 2019 Una Noche y Un Día was produced with Giró grapes fermented with 30% full clusters in small oak vats and matured for six months before bottling. 2019 was marked by torrential rains during the harvest; some of these vineyards were harvested before and others after, and those grapes had to be sorted and selected. It's fruit-driven, primary, clean and expressive, with notes of red fruit and red licorice. It's medium-bodied and has good acidity and chalky tannins. Very drinkable and harmonious. 7,000 bottles produced.

Decanter:

The producer name (‘grapes and wines’) stakes claim to the fact that Violeta Gutiérrez de la Vega and Alberto Redrado are Alicante viticultores, rooted in the vineyard as much as the winery. This is a real vin de soif, alive with crisp red fruits and mouthwatering freshness. There are some chalky Felipe Gutiérrez de la Vega tannins, so best enjoyed with jamón serrano or a chorizo picante.
