Wine Enthusiast:

This deep-ruby-colored wine has a nose of black cherry, fennel bulb and olive tapenade. Soft minty notes underlie flavors of brambly fruits of the wood, chocolate-covered espresso bean and clove, set into a framework of hearty tannins. Bright pomegranate and orange zest notes ride a layer of chocolate into an enduring finish.

James Suckling:

Chocolate, dark walnuts and blackberries on the nose with a juicy, structured palate underscored by some chewy tannins. Full-bodied and tight in the finish. 100% tempranillo. Drink in 2024.
