"The October 2016 saca of the NV Fino Tres Palmas felt a little closed, shy and not so expressive, with a little more oxidation but with the telltale aromas of a long time under flor showing in a subtle way. This is pushing the biological aging to the limit and in the past it would be referred to as a Fino Amontillado, a Fino on its way to becoming Amontillado. It has 16% alcohol (most probably concentration by age), with good freshness and the chalky texture of the soils without any fatness. 1,000 half-liter bottles produced."
Developed oxidative style, a wonderful nose of brioche and limestone salinity. Round, concentrated, and layered with fruit, burnt sugar, toasted salted nuts - very long, intense, and brilliant. Decadent, and just what a connoisseur of real sherry would look for.

Perfecto, excepto el embalaje regalo, debería de ser de más la calidad, aunque cueste más, en mi caso lo pagaría con gusto. Un saludo.
