Este vinho é elaborado com Syrah proveniente de três vinhas diferentes em Keermont: uma vinha que cresce numa encosta virada a norte, com solos ricos em argila vermelha; outra situada no vale rochoso sob a nascente Fleurfontein e uma vinha com orientação oeste com solo rochoso de arenito. Em algumas colheitas, é adicionada uma pequena percentagem de Mourvèdre. Este vinho tem um estágio em barrica de 20 meses.&nbsp

The 2015 Keermont Syrah, containing 13% Mourvèdre, is softly floral with a dark-fruited edge and subtle black pepper spices. The medium-bodied palate is clean with a firm blackberry core that turns tart and grippy as it lingers in the mouth, finishing long and structured with tannic grip. 16,432 bottles were made.
