You could drink this bold dry riesling with a steak! The impressive nose of fresh pineapple, ripe orange and grapefruit leads into a powerful but well-structured palate that’s rippling with minerality, the citrusy freshness lifting the full body very nicely. Drink or hold.
A reductive, yeasty funk still hangs over citrus notes on the nose of this wine. On the palate, the concentration, power and ripeness of the wine are made clear. Zesty and driven, it brims with ripe lemon peel and pleasantly bitter pith in a focused, energetic package. The intensity is immense.
