This is a new bottling of the 2009 Colección Añadas Oloroso en Rama from June 2016 (it's shown on the front label) which is more vertical and less round, closer to the character of an Amontillado as they only use the must from the first pressing and it results in much more delicate Oloroso. It's very fresh and elegant with aromas of flowers and apricots, but the wine seems to have changed. The selection of the casks could have been different and more integrated. As I mentioned last time, this is elegant and subtle more than powerful or concentrated. There are usually some 700 half-liter bottles.
