One of a series of outstanding single vineyard wines from this Anguix-based family winery, Finca de San Miguel comes from a 0.65-hectare plot that was planted in 1925. Showing the freshness of its northerly exposure, it has plenty of underlying concentration and structure, with layers of dark plum and damson fruit, tangy acidity and sweetly integrated 35% new oak.
