The Wine Advocate:

The second vintage of their ultra pale rosé is the 2021 Al Raso, produced with grapes from the paraje El Sotillo, the same north-facing zone where they source the grapes for their red Jirón de Niebla but from a different vineyard that produces fine-boned wines with more vigor. It has a light palate with a mineral feeling and great balance after a slow fermentation at low temperature to preserve the herbal and saline part of the wine. 1,333 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2022.
