The producer is a Pinot Noir specialist as this 100% Pinot from Bouzy shows. The wine, almost bone dry, is impressively ripe, with its acidity and crispness tamed by the rich white fruits. Like many dry Champagnes, this wine could do with further bottle aging, so drink from 2020. Roger Voss.

Here is a prototypical modern Blanc de Noirs Champagne with stacks of berry aromas plus notes of fresh croissant and ripe orange. Quite some power here, but the beautifully integrated mousse keeps this in check. Drink now.

Light gold. Relatively mature nose accented by super ripe cherries and figs with a dried straw tone. Elegant, vinous and fresh at point of entry, delivering more of the same, accomplished aromas. This is a characterful Champagne that works best with food.
