Champagne Soutiran Cuvée Perle Noir Grand Cru

Based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in December 2020 with seven grams per liter dosage, the NV Brut Grand Cru Perle Noire delivers notions of honeyed apples, pear, smoke and fresh bread. Full-bodied, vinous and muscular, with a fleshy core of fruit and a pillowy mousse, it's a serious, concentrated Blanc de Noirs that, to my taste, could have flourished with a touch lower dosage. - William Kelley. 

Dusty aromas with dried lemon and apple. Medium to full body with a soft texture, yet it’s. fresh on the finish. 100% pinot noir. Based on 2018 harvest with reserve wines from 2012 to 2017. Disgorged in January 2022. Dosage 6.5g/L. Juicy and easy to drink.

Brilliant light gold. Intense nose of red berry fruits, cherry and strawberry. The palate is fleshy, vinous and fresh and offers up remarkable balance. The intense finish lingers over crisp red berry fruit notes in this successful Champagne.
