Avaliação dos peritos

James Suckling:

A minerally Champagne with crushed-stone and granite character, as well as dried limes and lemons. Medium body, fine bubbles and a fresh finish. 30% pinot noir and 70% chardonnay. Based on 2017 vintage. Reserve wines from 2013 to 2017. Dosage 6g/L. Disgorged November 2021. Drink now.

The Wine Advocate:

Disgorged in January 2020 with 3.8 grams per liter dosage, the latest release of Soutiran's NV Brut Grand Cru Signature is based on the 2014 vintage with 66% reserve wines from 2013. Despite its recent disgorgement, it's already quite expressive, opening in the glass with notes of honeyed green orchard fruit, fresh bread and peaches. Medium to full-bodied, lively and vinous, it's more reserved on the palate, but it's beautifully balanced and displays promising depth at the core. With six months or more on cork, it should really start to sing. - William Kelley.

Wine Enthusiast:

A blend of the 2013 and 2014 vintages plus reserve wine, this Champagne has concentration as well as intense white fruit. Its freshness comes from the mineral and structured blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Drink this bottling now. - Roger Voss.

Gilbert & Gaillard:

Beautiful glistening yellow-gold. Very expressive, ripe fruity nose delivering crisp pastry tones. The palate is very silky, fresh and elegant with chiselled aromas that mirror the delicious nose aromatics. A Champagne for gourmet foods.
