Aromas of flint, baked apple, crushed stone, grilled lemons and stone yet always subtle and clear. Full and tight with powerful flavors and a fresh and zesty palate. Underlying bread dough and toasty notes. Keeps building on the palate. A blend of half chardonnay and half pinot noir. Only from grand cru. Disgorged January 2022. 6g/L dosage. 15,000 bottles made.
