Dominio del Soto Blanco 2023

The oak-aged white 2023 Crianza Blanco is fresher and more restrained, showing the less of the warm character of the year compared with the previous vintage. It has contained ripeness, shy aromas and a sensation of harmony and balance, with a moderate 12.59% alcohol and very good freshness, reflected by a pH of 3.14 coupled with 5.67 grams of acidity. It's tasty, clean and sharp, with more depth and complexity than the other white and still showing some spiciness in the finish from the élevage of 341 days in French oak barrels. 2,389 bottles produced.
