The Wine Advocate:

The serious 2019 Albariño Dos Canotos is more austere and less aromatic than many varietal examples, but I like that restraint. But what I like the most is the vibrant mouthfeel, the effervescent finish and the texture. The parameters are quite amazing: 12.3% alcohol, a pH of 3.01 and 10.1 grams of acidity (tartaric). It's an electric white with a medium body and great purity going beyond the varietal character. Only 380 bottles were filled after 12 months in a well-seasoned, neutral 300-liter oak barrel. It was bottled in October 2020.
