One of the more remarkable red wines in Ríax Baixas, Fabaiños uses grapes from a 0.04-hectare sliver of 200-year-old vines of Espadeiro. Pale, ethereal and haunting, it has the grace and perfume of a great Pinot Noir, allied to rose petal and summer pudding aromas. Zesty, focused, elegant and precise with a twist of white pepper and crunchy red berry fruit. 2023-30
