"This is a special edition of the NV Tío Mateo Fino from the Marqués del Real Tesoro winery belonging to the José Estévez group and bottled exclusively in magnum. It's a textbook Fino bottled with an average age of five years and shows a good balance between youth and flor, made, since seven years ago, with grapes from the winery's own vineyards (mostly Macharnudo and Corchuelo). The wine has more chalky minerality than flor profile. It's accessible, easy to drink and very good with food. Only 600 magnums were filled in March 2017 and the back label shows L 03/2017."
