The stony plateau of Moradillo de Roa is one of the highest points in Burgos at 973 metres. This iteration from 20-year old vines still needs a little more time to integrate its French and 10% American oak, but has the power, intensity and concentration to age. Spicy and focused, with a perfumed, layered red and dark berry finish. 2023-30.

Decanter:

Black plum, forest floor and strawberry nose. The palate is fresh, structured and concentrated, offering notes of roasted red pepper, black fruits and crisp acidity.
