Desengace total. Maceração de 10 dias e fermentação alcoólica em depósitos de inox.

Estágio de 8 meses em barricas de carvalho francês de 2 e 3 utilizações.
Engarrafamento
Faz-se uma filtragem leve antes de engarrafar para tirar as partículas mais grossas.

The old-vine cuvée from the village of Valtuille, the 2022 Quite has a slightly darker color and riper profile of dark berry fruit and aromatic herbs, a touch more Mediterranean this year, with a medium-bodied palate and fine-grained, chalky tannins. This is the ninth vintage for this red, and it fermented with 15% full clusters and matured mostly in large oak containers for nine months. It has contained ripeness and 13% alcohol, coming through as juicy and balanced, clean and expressive. 33,400 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez.

This has a dark fruit character with some dried herbs. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with supple yet present tannins. This comes mostly from vineyards planted in Valtuille. Drink now.
