Víctor Ausejo Parcela 333 2023

There's a second, paler and brighter Garnacha Blanca wine, the 2023 Parcela 333, which, despite the name, comes from the same vineyard as the other one, but it's a less complex wine. It fermented and matured exclusively in concrete and has less nuance and complexity, but it's fresh and fruit driven, tight and austere, with good chalkiness and supple flavors. It's vibrant and comes in at 13% alcohol with a pH of 3.17 and 6.5 grams of acidity. I love the texture and mouthfeel. 3,360 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2024. (Luis Guitérrez)
